Pre-Ballet (Ages 3.5 – 4.5 yrs)

Class begins with center exercises to develop strength balance and coordination and a few introductory exercises at the barre to develop good posture and stress proper alignment. Simple stretches and isolation exercises help to develop flexibility and body awareness. A favorite segment of class deals with traveling steps across the floor to encourage coordination and musicality. Listening skills and classroom etiquette are emphasized. Class meets one or more times a week for 45 minutes.
